NOTE:

If you found that: 1) the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or 2) your package includes missing/wrong items, please contact customer service within 30 days from the date of package delivery in order to resolve the above issue.

Order Change & Cancellation Policy

The order information can be changed or cancelled within 3 hours after placing the order. It's not available to change or cancel after 3 hours.

PROCESSING TIME

Regular Processing Time: 3 business days
There will be some delays for processing orders during our peak season now. Your order is expected to be shipped out as soon as 3-5 days after placing the order. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.

WAREHOUSES

We have warehouses in China and overseas. Depending on the customer's country of origin, some products are shipped domestically in China, while others are shipped from the United States.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please try looking in your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination. For US orders, standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days to arrive, and express shipping takes 5-7 business days. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

Please kindly note: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, factors like weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAX

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded from the international shipping fee you paid and levied once your package reaches your country.
Beddingset is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
