How long can I get my order delivered

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination. For US orders, standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days to arrive, and express shipping takes 5-7 business days. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

Please kindly note: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, factors like weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

How do I use my discount code

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout page, and the automatic discount code and activity will be visible after the product is added to the cart.

How can I change my order information or address

If you find that the order information is wrong within 3 hours after placing the order, you can contact service@getahug.co to modify the information, but the information cannot be modified after 3 hours, please confirm your information is correct at checkout.

What is your return policy

We provide a 30-day return policy after you receive the order. If you need to return the product due to subjective reasons such as not liking it or it not meeting your expectations, the customer needs to pay the return shipping fee. All returns must be clean and undamaged (no pet hair, stains, etc.) and, when possible, returned in original packaging. Items may be exchanged up to 2 times. Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
