If you find that the order information is wrong within 3 hours after placing the order, you can contact service@getahug.co to modify the information, but the information cannot be modified after 3 hours, please confirm your information is correct at checkout.
When will you launch new products?
We regularly release exclusive designer-customized apparel tied to special occasions—including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Graduation Season, Halloween, and Christmas. These pieces are one-of-a-kind and can’t be found elsewhere. Additionally, we roll out new everyday styles periodically to keep our collection fresh.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped out?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please try looking in your junk/spam or promotions folder.
What’s the process if my order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time?
We make every effort to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. However, during peak sales seasons or special events, we appreciate your understanding if there are occasional delays.
