ORDER CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
The order information can be changed or cancelled within 3 hours after placing the order. It's not available to change or cancel after 3 hours.
PROCESSING TIME
Regular Processing Time: 1-2 business days

SHIPPING TIME
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please try looking in your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Once your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination. For US orders, standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days to arrive, and express shipping takes 4-7 business days. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

REGARDING CUSTOMS DUTIES
If you choose standard shipping, the recipient usually does not need to pay customs duties on the package; if you choose express shipping, the recipient will need to pay the customs duty amount when the package arrives in your country to ensure successful delivery.
