Can I change, update or cancel my order?
If you find that the order information is wrong within 3 hours after placing the order, you can contact service@getahug.co to modify the information, but the information cannot be modified after 3 hours, please confirm your information is correct at checkout.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation email or shipping update email after placing my order?
Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address you used at checkout within 24 hours after your order is successfully placed. If you don’t see it, please double-check that the email you entered is correct and check your spam/junk folder.
Shipment update emails are sent within 48 hours after your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find your tracking number and tracking link directly in your order details page.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped out?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please try looking in your junk/spam or promotions folder.
What’s the process if my order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time?
We make every effort to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. However, during peak sales seasons or special events, we appreciate your understanding if there are occasional delays. If your order is late, you can email our customer service team at service@getahug.co. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
